Paediatric Physiotherapy

Susie Potito

Susie specialises  in the area of paediatrics and has a special interest in early infant and child development, and children's continence.

Susie works at Hobart Paediatric Group on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and has some availability for school and community visits on Thursdays.

She is able to see self managed and plan managed NDIS clients but her availability is limited and it is best to speak with Susie before booking an initial consultation to ensure that she is able to meet your intervention requirements

Fiona O'Keeffe

Fiona has worked as a paediatric OT in Hobart for over 25 years and has a special interest in children's continence. Having relocated to the NW coast, Fiona consults in the rooms face to face approximately once a month and can be available via Telehealth at other times, or by preference.

Fiona can see self managed and plan managed NDIS participants, but as her capacity is limited this is usually in the areas of building capacity with independent toileting and personal care skills.

If you are seeking help in other areas it is best to check that Fiona has the capacity to meet your needs, and is the best person to work with.

Appointments

Referrals are welcomed, but not required.

If your child has an ongoing health problem they may be eligible for a Chronic Disease management plan (or EPC plan). This type of referral requires a GP assessment. In this case you may be eligible for a partial rebate through Medicare.

If you have private health insurance you will be able to take your receipt to your insurer for a partial rebate.
