DR TOM CLEMENS
BA, BMEDSC MBBS MPH FRACP
Tom Clemens has worked at Hobart Paediatric Group since 2013. He completed his medical degree at University of Melbourne and trained in paediatrics in Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs. He moved to Hobart from Alice Springs in 2012 to find a cooler climate and to explore Tasmania’s beautiful natural environment.
He works as visiting paediatrician at Royal Hobart Hospital consulting outpatients in developmental and behavioural issues, continence problems and general paediatrics. Tom also provides care for children admitted to the paediatric ward.
He is part of the paediatric team caring for newborns at Calvary Hospital and Hobart Private Hospital. He works as visiting paediatrician to the Aboriginal Health Service in Hobart. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, bushwalking, cycling (despite the occasional crash), kayaking and juggling.
