DR CARLA MORLEY

Carla is very excited to be returning to her home town of Hobart. Carla has worked as a General Paediatrician on the Gold Coast for a number of years and trained in Melbourne, Sydney and South East Queensland. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australiasian College of Physicians - Paediatric and Child Health Division in 2018.

Carla has a special interest in paediatric infections as well as broad experience as a consultant paediatrician with both inpatient and outpatient paediatric issues from babies though to adolescents. 

Carla has contributed to paediatric research and published in international journals and enjoys continuous learning through evidence based medicine. 

As a mother of three young children, Carla understands the challenges that can come with parenthood and the importance of working with a family and a child's community to support them. 

When not at work, Carla enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is looking forward to reuniting with Tassie bush walking and mountain biking.
