Dr. Bronwyn Fitzgerald

Bronwyn Fitzgerald co-founded Hobart Paediatric group in 2008.  She had a rural upbringing in a dry hot part of Victoria, and has loved creating her home and family centred practice in the beautiful coastal city of Hobart.

She completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne, and completed her paediatric training through the Royal Children's Hospital ,Melbourne.

It has been a great privilege to work with the babies, kids, youth, and families of Tasmania over many years now, whether it be in neonatal care, acute inpatient care at the Royal Hobart Hospital, or outpatient care. Our kids bring us the greatest of joy as well as our biggest challenges. Sharing that journey, particularly those tougher times, with high quality comprehensive care, experience and kindness’  is the heart of what I do.
